Lean Engineer at Zilart Residential Complex

The ZilArt Residential Complex in Moscow is a large-scale development characterized by its innovative architecture and comprehensive amenities.

My responsibilities on the project included introducing lean construction methods at the site to increase the efficiency of construction works. I worked on the development of an Excel register database of formwork equipment located at the construction site. By working on the project, I’ve developed an affinity for managing large quantities of construction equipment, accounting for logistics operations at the site, and reducing waste in processes under my responsibility.
