Commercial Engineer at Betskoy Residential Complex

The Betskoy residential complex project in Moscow is a redevelopment of the historical ensemble of the Imperial Orphanage, which was founded in the 18th century. The Betskoy residential complex project represents an important step in preserving Moscow's historical heritage and creating a comfortable urban environment. It is not only restoring historical buildings, but also contributing to the development of the area through the creation of new residential and social facilities.

I effectively coordinated the activities of the commercial department, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members. I was the first point of contact for commercial affairs and oversaw the workflow of the contractual and payment documentation at the project.

Another domain of my responsibility included procurement engagement with potential tender participants, including conducting regional market research, contacting potential tender participants, issuing invitations to tender (ITT), and requesting proposals (RFP) from organisations short-listed for procurement procedures.
